At Demonia Cult, we want you to be fully satisfied with your alternative footwear; if your order isn't the perfect fit, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn shoes back in their original Demonia branded box, then secure the shoebox inside a separate shipping mailer or box to prevent damage.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your shipping container.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
